Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once an order has been delivered.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@clickistore.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Returns of the product are not required unless specifically requested by our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at support@clickistore.com.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Sale items or gift cards

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply where legal exceptions are permitted (such as certain hygiene or customized products).
